First performed in Kyiv in 1916 in its choral version, it travelled the world with the Ukrainian National Chorus, all the way to Carnegie Hall in 1922. In 1936 Peter J. Wilhousky gave it English words that turned it into a Christmas carol, since taken up by countless choirs, orchestras and films. Its four-note motif, repeated like a bell that never stops ringing, sounds natural on the piano. Just the thing to announce the holidays before the tree is even lit.\u003c\/p\u003e","brand":"Go2Piano","offers":[{"title":"Default Title","offer_id":59692410896709,"sku":null,"price":6.99,"currency_code":"USD","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/1030\/0034\/2853\/files\/pochette-carol-of-the-bells-piano-level-3_278bc8e3-951a-4279-8b61-2c69b04af94f.png?v=1791819881","url":"https:\/\/go2piano.com\/en-us\/products\/partition-piano-carol-of-the-bells","provider":"Go2Piano","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
