7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Even though digital products are not subject to the statutory right of withdrawal once downloaded, Go2Piano offers the possibility to request a refund within 7 days of purchase.

To request a refund, please send an email to contact@go2piano.com including:

• Your full name
• Order number
• Title of the sheet music
• A clear reason for your dissatisfaction

Important note: Refunds will not be granted for reasons related to the difficulty level, the visual appearance/layout, or the musical arrangement chosen by Go2Piano (these elements can be evaluated beforehand through the audio preview and the first measures shown on the product page).

Acceptable reasons may include material errors in the sheet music or other issues that will be reviewed by the Go2Piano team.
